We believe that to be a great business, you have to be a good one too. From the way we design our products to the message we promote, we are conscious of the social, ethical and environmental impact we make. We built ONE NINE to have a positive impact, so here are some of the ways we are working towards making the world a better place.

SOCIAL IMPACT

ONE NINE recognises that the ‘traditional family’ stereotype is old and outdated. We understand that modern families come in many different shapes and sizes, and believe there’s no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach to parenting.

Through the ONE NINE brand, one of our goals is to highlight the diversity of modern-day “role model” mums and dads, and promote contemporary examples of what it means to be a parent. To achieve this goal, we launched ONE NINE Families, a monthly online editorial featuring interviews with real parents who share their thoughts and advice on modern parenting.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

ONE NINE is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. And the way we do that is simple: quality over quantity. ONE NINE products are durable and designed to last. By minimising the use of plastics and by using only premium, high quality materials, we are reducing the frequency with which our products need to be replaced, and in turn reducing our overall impact on the environment.

How we make our products matters too. To ensure the quality of our products and that international social, environmental and ethical standards are met, we use a third-party company to run regular site inspections of our manufacturer.
