You will find your tracking details in the email you received when your parcel was dispatched.
All orders are sent from Brisbane, QLD with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post, and usually take 2-10 days to arrive after your order has been processed, depending on your location. As many of our products can be personalised, please allow 2-4 days to for processing.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Personalised goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged unless due to a structural fault that falls within the warranty period.Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
