To opt-out email us at admin@onenine.com.au stating your name and request to be removed from the mailing list. Your request to be removed from the list may take up to five (5) business days to become effective.  Once removed from our list, if you order on our site we will send you an email confirmation.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your data. All the data collected by us is stored on a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all personally identifiable information you input when you place an order before it is sent to us. 

 

COOKIES

We do not use browsing information to personally identify website visitors, however, we may record certain information about your use of our websites, such as pages you visited, time and date of visitation and the IP address assigned to your computer.

We do use Google analytics and 'cookies' to enhance the user experience for our customers. Cookies are small files that store information on your computer, TV, mobile phone or other devices.
