ONE NINE products come with a 180-day structural warranty, covering you for any faults or manufacturing errors. 

This consumer warranty does not cover any damage caused due to normal wear and tear, improper care/use, tampering, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage or the natural deterioration of material and fittings over time. 

Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason: 

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Personalised goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged unless due to a structural fault that falls within the warranty period.
  3. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependant on your payment provider.
